The form asks for your name, email, phone number, location, running goals, membership interest, optional notes, and contact permissions. Coach O uses these details to respond to your enquiry and discuss coaching you request.

How your information reaches Coach O

FormSubmit processes form submissions and sends them to [email protected]. Cloudflare forwards that mail to Coach O’s Gmail inbox. Cloudflare also hosts this website. These services process information needed to deliver the website, prevent spam, and deliver your enquiry. You choose how to hear from Coach O

Text and email permissions are separate and unchecked by default. They cover your enquiry and requested coaching services, not promotional mailing lists. Message frequency varies and message/data rates may apply. Reply STOP to a text to opt out, or email Coach O to change your preferences or stop email follow-ups. Consent is not required to purchase coaching.

Parents and young runners

This enquiry form is for adults. A parent or guardian must enquire on behalf of anyone under 18 using the adult’s contact information. Please do not submit medical information or other sensitive details here.

Questions or deletion requests

To ask about your information, request a correction or deletion, or change contact preferences, email [email protected]. Coach O uses enquiry information for the coaching conversation and related administration.
